The Service includes a virtual currency called "Coins". Coins are required to enter certain competitions. Coins can be acquired by watching advertisements, referring friends, or through other promotional activities as offered by the Service. Coins are a component of the Service and have no cash or monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or transferred. All purchases of Coins (if applicable) are final and non-refundable.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the operator of the Service. Our trademarks and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Additionally, all third-party trademarks, including but not limited to team names, competition names, and logos, are the property of their respective owners. Their use within the Service is for descriptive and informational purposes only and does not imply any official relationship or endorsement.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature on our website.
In no event shall the operator of the Service be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
